  AGELEF TANKER CHARTERING LIMITED was formed in 1993 as a wholly owned subsidiary of AGELEF SHIPPING CO. (LONDON) LTD. The Company is based in London from where it acts as exclusive Chartering Agents for the tankers managed and operated by MARAN TANKERS MANAGEMENT INC., of Athens.

This modern fleet currently comprises of 27 quality vessels of high specification ranging from VLCC’s through Suezmax to Aframax. The majority are new-buildings from the shipyards of Daewoo and Hyundai  in South Korea. There are a further 12 new-buildings on order.
